Returns and Exchanges

  5. Ship the package to the address specified by our customer support team.
  6. Keep a record of the tracking number for reference purposes.
  7. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for any damage or signs of use.
  8. If the product meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.
  9. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, while exchanges will be processed promptly.
